What add-ons/seat bookings do I need flying Ryanair?

First time flying Ryanair, haven’t flown in years. Taking a wheelchair with us. Do we get allocated seats going with the wheelchair booking help? Or do we still need to book seats to sit together? Do we need the priority booking? Any tips/tricks to make it bearable?

Or any other wisdom/advice for it be bearable?
