WSL football and fan separation?

Got two football mad Man U supporting DC, want to take them to a game and the WSL seems like good value and apparently a more family friendly environment? We live near London so would be looking for a Man U away game nearby. Are the home and away fans generally separated? Our two would definitely want to wear their Man U kits, does this mean we shouldn't sit with the home fans? It looks like we need to buy tickets from the Man U website if this is the case rather than whichever London club the game is at? Thanks for any insight for a WSL and football newbie!

We're Arsenal fans & go to as many of the Arsenal Women's games as possible, particularly at the Emirate's as we live 5 mins away.

I've always found the games more friendly than the mens. We've sat next to Chelsea supporters at matches & it's all been fine.
We have tickets to all the WSL being played at the Emirate's including the Man Utd game in feb. It's possible that it might be rowdier because of Russo being an Arsenal player but I would still think it'll be fine. DD wants to wear her Earps shirt!!

It's more fund to sit with your own fans from the point of view of cheering the teams on but there aren't worries of aggro that there may be at a men's match. Enjoy (even if they do support Man U 😉)

Sorry been out all day! Thank you both for your advice, it all sounds great. We've actually been looking at Chelsea vs Man U in January. Will get onto the man u website to buy away tickets!

i have been to quite a few WSL games. Most recently by DS wore his spurs stuff to watch them play at Man City. The fans are mixed in, there’s no aggro, it’s a MUCH nicer atmosphere than at men’s games. They’ll be fine in their kits. Enjoy!
