Temp and feeling rotten

So I had a temp of 40.1 out of no where. Took some paracetamol and after around 3 hours it then dropped to high 38. Been taking paracetamol and now back to temp of 39.7. Feeling rotten. Got sore bones and and a headache. Think I have tonsillitis as it's now excruciating when I swallow😅😩 do I ride it out until morning or phone nhs 24🤔🤔I've called in sick to work.

Ride it out for tonight, poor you. This was me four days ago. Absolutely awful. Now have a hideous wheezy cough.

There's this thing going around but could also be Covid.

I called the doctor today and was seen and been prescribed antibiotics. She wasn't happy with my temp and heart rate so has asked that I go back late tomorrow with a view of being admitted if things don't improve😩😩
