I had a discectomy last Thursday
Obviously I know pain is to be expected, and I've been managing it pretty well
Today I have had more muscle pain in my lower back than I've had previous days, is this to be expected? Most of my pain has been at the incision area, but not i have some lower back muscle pain (thankfully none if the horrendous sciatica pain 🤞)
I feel I may have been doing to much, my family have been amazing and helping me as much as they possibly can with my 2 young children, but maybe I've over done it?
