Anyone know anything about PlayStation plus?

Hi
I have bought my son a PlayStation for Christmas and I know he needs the PlayStation plus membership to play games with his friends. If I buy him a PlayStation gift card, can he then use this to login and pay for his PlayStation plus membership? Thanks

Yes, he can. You just add the gift card and it deducts whatever you buy from it first. So provided he doesn’t go and pay for any add-ons, the membership cost will come off the gift card.
