charcuterie tree

Is anyone making a charcuterie tree for Christmas. I'm going to try but what are you using to pin things on? Just cocktail sticks?

Most of them are just stuff arranged in a triangle, flat on a board, aren't they?

But if you're doing a 3d version, yes, you pin it to a styrofoam block with cocktail sticks. Then use the cocktail stick to eat the thing. Like a fleshy cheese and pineapple on a potato, from the 80s.

I think it is a massive salami in the middle.

I’m not sure what would make it stand up, though.

Oh. I've got a Styrofoam block. I'm going to cover it in lettuce

There are some good tutorials on Instagram for these I was maybe going to try and attempt it
