I got a new phone with O2 back in August. It came with an offer for "free" ear buds (nothing in life is free, I'm obviously paying for them as part of my contract but they're meant to be really decent...)
I've not had them - can't get them for love not money. I've phoned, mesaaged via their socials, emailed the complaint email
All useless. The complaint email bounces an automated response that they'll reply within 7 days. I've emailed 3 times since the start of November and still haven't had a response
Is there a magic email I can use?
Oh - and if you're thinking of taking a contract out with them don't, they're shit
