Does anyone else get really triggered when people post about illnesses online?
I have a very intense sickness phobia and hearing people post about sickness bugs and how "rife" they are atm is really stressing me out.
I know the obvious answer is come off social media.... but I am a single mum... life can be very lonely and I enjoy social media scrolling (illnesses aside!).
Does anyone else struggle with this? Is there any way to filter out key words on posts or anything like that?
