Help. Can I use these stamps?

I bought these stamps a few months ago from the Post Office in September 2023 after they told me that the old stamps were no longer being accepted. I've now read on the website that they won't accept any 'unbarcoded stamps'. Unless I'm missing something these ones don't have barcodes either! I'm really confused.
I'm posting something that I don't want to risk going missing because I've used the wrong stamp. Hope someone can help.

As far as I'm aware, they have to have the QR code on them now to be valid.

Not all stamps. 'Special issue' stamps and special date (like Christmas) stamps are still valid.

I've not seen your stamps before, OP, are they some kind of special edition?

There's some more information here, and instructions for a form you can use to exchange out-of-date stamps:

Are they not for big envelopes/small parcels? I’ve never seen them either.

They look like stamps from the SSK machines, which don’t have barcodes. They’ll be fine 🙂

There was a facebook post recently where someone received a letter covered in really old stamps, some had half pence values, eg 4 and a half pence, etc. Apparently you are fine to use any stamps, even those that just say 1st class which you paid 80p for years ago.

Yes - they are fine to use (they are from the self service machines).

Stamps printed on our self service kiosks do not have barcodes, but don’t worry, they are still valid postage and can be used even after the 31 July 2023 deadline for using non-barcoded stamps.

I double checked in the PO too - belt and braces!
