Refund policy Amazon seller

Sorry dull thread but if an Amazon third party seller has said they will issue a refund (I contacted them as the item didn't arrive) then do they have to refund me within a certain time frame? It's been 8 days so far.

I'd expect that to be in their own selling T&C's. I'd also expect to wait up to 14 business days for something like that, based on prior experience.

I don't know of any time frame as I refund immediately (I'm an Amazon seller). It may be they have simply forgotten due to the pressures of the season or they may be waiting for you to reply. It's worth sending them another message querying it.
