Marriage Witness Needed

Help! We have our wedding booked in Manchester at the registry office for Thursday 21/12 in the morning for us and two witnesses. One has had an op scheduled and can't change it. We are desperately trying to find someone willing to be a witness for us!!! We don't want to leave it until the day and be in a panic. Can anyone help please!
