Looking for books and tv recommendations

We're all on our phones way too much so I've roped my family in to reading a book, watching a couple of documentaries, lots of films and getting in to a show that's suitable for young teens upwards over the Christmas break.

Teens have their own books but can anyone recommend one for me please? Something easy to read to get me back into it. Not Eleanor Oliphant or Crawdads as I've read them both and enjoyed them.

We've seen lots of wildlife documentaries over the years so I'm looking for something different.

Appreciate all recommendations for any of those. Thanks.

The choice by Claire Wade is quite an enjoyable and easy read.

We’ve enjoyed Lego Masters, Inside Hamley’s at Christmas, Treasure Island with Bear Grylls and Race Across The World.
Film wise, we’ve just watched the Chicken Run sequel which we all enjoyed.

Someone bought me the seven husbands book a while ago. I'll have to have a hunt around for it.
