Any MacBook users? Is there anything similar to paint?

Life long windows user here, A week ago I bought a MacBook Air because I really needed a change. Loving it so far but one thing I'm really missing is paint. I used to crop and edit some pictures using it and can't seem to work out how to do it on a Mac, is there anything similar to paint I can get?

You can edit photos in Photos. It should be on your widget bar.

Depending on how fancy you want to get there is a marvellous online editor called Photopea which is basically a free photoshop. I use that a lot of editing

You just the photos app for this.
