In recent weeks, I’ve noticed that I’m constantly bloated after each meal, even if it’s a small thing. I’m also struggling to lose any weight . In fact, I feel I’m getting bigger!
I only eat one meal per day because I feel full quickly and I also have some undiagnosed gastric issues (permanent reflux, stomach pain, bloating and random pain).
For example, today around lunch time I had home made chicken curry, a third of a packet of rice, 1x mini naan. I later had some chocolate mini eggs handed out at the office.
I am still very bloated and feel full, not hungry.
I had exploratory abdominal surgery for something unrelated earlier this year, I would have guessed anything sinister would have been spotted then.
Could this be hormonal related? I’m 36.
