So in sept and October I did 4 x enhanced overtime shifts specifically to cover Christmas and the holiday we are going on in the new year.

Novembers pay was due 3 of these enhanced shift payments but one was put through as standard hours. The other two standard overtime (difference is about £300 per shift)

None of these were paid in November. Management said the rota team had a delay in approving the enhanced shifts so it would be rectified in Decembers pay.

Then I was due one in Decembers pay.

None of them have been paid in Decembers pay.

I've spoken to payroll. Who were very helpful and went through my payslips with me. Who said it's a management issue and the manager needs to email.

Manager insists it's the rota team who have no contact details.

I can't get through to HR on the phone but have emailed

It's beteeen £900-1200 I'm missing.

Awaiting a call back from my union. Anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this please I'm at my wits end
