Slower flow bottles

Looking for some advice with bottle feeding. My daughter is 2 weeks old and we’ve been using the Tommee Tippee bottles with the slow flow (1) teats. She seems to be struggling with them - she’s dribbling/spilling so much milk down herself and sometimes is choking as if the flow is too fast.

I had seen the variflow teats were better for a slower flow, but if anything they’ve been worse. We've switched to the anti-colic bottles now too and she’s choking/gasping less but is just as dribbly. We are having to do a full outfit change after every bottle as she’s soaked through.

We’ve been pace feeding but it’s not made any difference. Does anyone have any tips/recommendations of other bottles we could try that have a slower flow?

Mam bottles all the way for us. Honestly the best thing i did change to them with both youngest dcs. And they're self sterilising so no need to take a steriliser if u go away
