Any terrible or actually good standouts?
Bought to you by the fact that I have to travel on Avanti West Coast this week and I think they're awful. At least half the time I'm on it it's significantly delayed or cancelled. This time, despite me selecting a physical ticket as always, they've issued me with an e-ticket, so I'm already pissed off even before travel.
Virgin trains on the same route wasn't great - the larger toilets had an awful voiceover message that started playing just about as you sat down on the toilet - but my recollection is that they were a bit less bad as a service.
