I think she's found a clever way to make money off the back of her posts which are designed to make people 'like us' throw their hands up in horror. It's the antithesis of all the perfect existence, beautiful homes healthy-eating influencers and people find her real and funny.

I suspect some of it is authentic (the monetised reviews for example) but the putting odd combos into a filthy microwave are to generate clicks and comment. The lunch box one in particular.
