Three year old birthday activity

My child turns 3 in January. Weather-wise, we thought it would be best to do an inside activity to celebrate. It's not a party for a big group (we're waiting til she turns 4!)

Originally, we wanted to take her to the Natural History museum but after a bit of online research, think we may have to wait until she is a bit older? Happy to be corrected on this though.

Does anyone have any suggestions for fun (inside) activities that are in either London, Herts, Cambs, Birmingham, Norfolk - Suitable for a 3 year old in January!

We have done sea life centre.
No soft play because we go a lot. :)

Thanks in advance!

The science museum in London has a lot of fun/interactive children's things.
Same for the London transport museum.

Has she been to the cinema/theatre yet? You could maybe take her to see something specially written for little ones?

London Transport Museum

DD was ok with the Natural History one at that age but I think it depends when you go, it can be really crowded on weekends. I think the Science one is not bad either, again it gets very full.

The Museum of Childhood has revamp and re-opened, DD outgrew it so I didn't look it up but it maybe something to investigate.

Personally I don't think the museums are worth it at that age. Stressful as very busy and not really catered to that of an young age.

I'd just stick with seeing family or friends and, as you say, wait until they're older for the parties.
