Anxiety back after 2 years of NO anxiety? Hormones?

Hormones- I am so confused.
Before having my child I was an anxious person.
Then when I became pregnant, I stopped feeling anxious… ever. Now my son is 21 months old; I’ve not had one bit of anxiety since before I was pregnant.
Until this last month.
I have had non stop anxiety. My skin is HORRENDOUS! so I’m wondering is it all based on hormones? I’ve not changed a thing.
Is there anything I can do?? Is it hormones? Can I take supplements to improve this? Why have they become unbalanced again??

You need to speak to your GP, lots of things can cause anxiety -thyroid issues, low iron, low b12/folate, low Vitamin D etc. if it’s nothing underlying then maybe CBT or medication could help?
I wouldn’t take any supplements though until you’ve had a blood test, as they could skew the results.
Sorry you are feeling like this, I hope things improve for you Flowers
