Easy ideas for cocktails

I'm just getting some ideas for the entertaining season 🎄

What's everyone's favourite cocktail that's pretty straightforward to make?

currently enjoying (only one each evening)
Baby Guinness - shot glass, chilled Tia Maria with Irish Cream floated over (poured over a teaspoon). Looks great. It's supposed to be drunk as a shot but I love it mixed.
Black Russian - double shot vodka (poss vanilla vodka) single shot Tia Maria over ice and topped up with as much or as little coke as you like (I like a long drink)
PornStar Martini - double shot vodka, single shot passion fruit liqueur (or half and half that and martini bianco). Splash of lime cordial (or pure lime juice) topped up with fizz (champagne, prosecco or, I mostly use, lemonade)

I also love a Long Island Iced Tea but there's a few more ingredients.

Another very easy one is (alcoholic) Fizz and Fresh Orange Juice

Jingle Bell-ini, Prosecco topped with clementine and cranberry juices.

Having a snowball right now 😋 Advocaat, lemonade and a splash of lime cordial.

My favourite Christmas Eve cocktail I do every year

Elderflower cordial
Gin
Aperol

(equal measures, shake together in cocktail shaker with ice)

Pour that into cocktail glasses, top up with fizz (cava, prosecco, champagne... any of them)

It's a Sicilian and everyone loves it

I have a terrible sweet tooth so most of the ones I like are sweet.

French martini - vodka, chambord and pineapple juice
Cherry bakewell - amaretto, cherry brandy and cranberry juice

I love fresh egg nog. I make quite a bit which takes 1/2 bottle of rum. Leave it a night ik the fridge. Then I either drunk it straight or use it to make expresso martinis , mini guiness etc

Whiskey sour. Whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, dash of bitters. I top with a dash of soda water for a bit of fizz.

French 75 every time. Lemon juice, dash of sugar syrup, a measure of gin, shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute, top up with champagne or sparkling white wine. Yum. Have two at your peril!
