Help - Freezing sausage rolls.

Trying to get ahead and have made some vegan sausage rolls for my daughter when she comes home for Christmas. Plan was to cook them today and freeze them but my logic has deserted me! Do I ……
Cook them fully, let them cool then freeze them. To be warmed through before eating on Friday?
or
Half cook them, freeze them and then finish off cooking when defrosted on Friday?
No answers on Google - help please?

I would always freeze either raw or fully cooked. So that you're either just reheating, or fully cooking.

I freeze mine raw. Spread out on a sheet/plate, whatever fits on a shelf in the freezer, then when frozen put in bags. This way they don't stick together.
Then when needed bake from frozen. This way they seem to taste completely fresh and the pastry crisps up lovely.

Freeze them assembled but uncooked. Brush egg/milk on them still frozen. Extra 10 minutes in the oven should see them fully cooked.

This.

Pastry is so much nicer when eaten freshly cooked.
