Has anyone else experienced this?? I sold an item on ebay, bought an Evri label, dropped off the prepaid parcel at a post office (which has just started accepting Evri parcels, yay). Then I got a message from the buyer, saying she'd got a message from Royal Mail that I hadn't put enough postage on the parcel. She had to pay £7 to get the parcel.
I refunded her the £7, and I went back to the post office to ask them to refund me, since they clearly put the prepaid Evri parcel in the Royal Mail post bag!
But the PO owner just said to contact RM for a refund. What a PITA and a waste of my time, when they could just have sorted it there and then...
It's not rocket science, is it?? But I guess this will happen more often if POs are accepting Evri parcels...
