I don't eat chicken nuggets, etc, and don't use jar sauces. I replaced my cooker with a Ninja Speedi so I have to use it for everything, but I really don't love it.
Except for this! Spread olive oil on bread, both sides. Season with salt, pepper & garlic if you want, then zap it on high. Turn when the top side is crisp, remove when both sides done: about 6 minutes all told.
It comes out far better than the equivalent done in a proper oven or a grill. And, since it's the middle of the night, I'm making myself a couple of slices now 😆
By all means tell me what else might warm my cold & shrivelled heart to this little box of culinary engineering - but air-fried olive oil bread sets a high bar!
