I noticed it a week ago. Seems too thick to be a boil but it is squidgy.
i am going away in two days so can’t send a pic to the doctors.

Does it itch or feel sore or anything?

TomatoSandwiches · 15/12/2023 23:27

An abcess? Looks like pus under the surface?

A ganglion maybe?

dementedpixie · 15/12/2023 23:29

Ganglion cyst maybe
Will be joint fluid rather than pus

KinderEggg · 15/12/2023 23:31

Does not itch or feel sore.
Does feel fluid-y.
Do I leave it alone?

Myxoid cyst maybe - although they are associated with arthritis and your toes don't look arthritisy.

dementedpixie · 15/12/2023 23:34

I am bad and every so often will burst mine and a gel like fluid will come out and then gradually it will refill

BoogityBoogityFastestThingOnTwoFeet · 15/12/2023 23:41

I have one on my toe. It went down of its own accord, popped back up a couple of years later for a bit then vanished again, although there is a slight lump.
I did try popping it and squeezing it. I also tried to burn it off with verruca gel-don’t, it bloody hurt!
Like pp said, I deduced it was the joint fluid related to arthritis, which I do have, but my joints aren’t yet deformed on that toe.

Alsowondering · 15/12/2023 23:44

I'd show it to your GP. Do you have any other health issues affecting your feet?

KnickerlessParsons · 15/12/2023 23:58

Is it a chilblain? Does it itch?
