£750 including bills for 1 bed place (south west) - good deal?

As title - looking for a 1 bed place for my daughter and there is an annexe available at £750 including all bills. We're in Devon. I think it sounds fair considering 1 bed flats on their own start at about £550 without bills?? Once council tax/water/WiFi/electric are added on this would be about the same amount?

I'd look for other rentals in that area to compare prices.

We already have - looked at a flat for £550pcm the other week, I'm just imagining bills would easily bump it up to £750.... I live in a much bigger house so I don't really know (plus my husband deals with the bills 🫣)

I’m South West and that seems about right. My town would probs be £1000 all in but surrounding towns £750 all in is about the going rate.

Where i am thats great, its 600-700 for 1 bed flat. 550 would be a studio or houseshare.

Also is this your daughters first place? Its a great ease in to not have to worry about bills and having everything all sorted in one payment..i would pay a bit more for that to be done for me 😂
