hi I had a thyroid scan and uptake on the 30th October. Never heard anything about it after that. Today got a phone call to go to the respiratory clinic on Wednesday at my local hospital, not where my scan was.
I am also chemo for colon cancer. Cancer all out thankfully.
I was told by my oncologist in September they picked up a problem with my thyroid, not cancer. Totally unrelated to the cancer in colon.,Maybe a birth defect.
The respiratory dep couldn’t tell me who referred me when they phoned.
tried to phone the thyroid department where my scan was but no answer.
is your thyroid linked to respiratory problems. Going to worry all weekend now
