Need some urgent advice as I’m worried

Should be 6 weeks pregnant from last period had 2 scans and they could really see anything. Had a blood test and told to come on Sunday for another blood test to see if my levels rise as I may be less than 6 weeks. Can see on my nhs app that my Hcg level is normal but my progesterone is 2.7nmoI/L which is extremely low all I’ve read online is pointing me towards an eptopic pregnancy I can’t wait till Sunday I’m so worried the doctor said I would get a call back today regarding the time and place of my appointment on Sunday but I haven’t heard anything back yet can I call someone I’m not sure who

Were you scanned at EPU? Or was it one of those high street scanners?
Can EPU give you some direction as to who to call, if that is where you went?

The doctor called me back yesterday. he didn’t seem to be worried about the results but said they would check the levels on Sunday and see if they are different. Ive been bleeding lots of brown blood and have period pain so deep down I know what’s happening.
