Bill doubled in a few months.

October bill was 150 for whole month.

Just hit 150 today, half way through month.

Mad thing is I don't have heating on in the morning or through the day. Only for a few hours when kids get home.

We all have blankies and oodie type things to wear.

I know it's because it's December and cold but it's so expensive

Is the dial on your boiler set too high? turning that down and turning any water pre heat off can reduce costs without affecting how hot the rads/water get.
What temperature is the thermostat set to when you have the heating on? I know it’s winter but ours hasn’t been above 17 yet and it’s warm enough.
Do you have draught excluders on doors and have curtains closed to insulate more?
