What does implantation feel like?

What does implantation feel like and how soon after conception does it happen?

After my ET I felt mild stomach cramps and had slight pink spotting with one child. With twins I had stronger cramps and a fair amount of brown blood.

Crampy, like a tugging pain

I had mild cramps and a tiny had a bit of light bleeding ( light pink/ brown ) around the time my period was due, like the start of a period but it stopped.

I knew pretty instantly, i.e. within a day or two- suddenly felt a mild tiny tugging or pinching internally, then just generally felt abit off and after a few weeks felt abit fuller both stomach and cupsize and then felt abit sick/aversion to random foods.

I didn't feel anything.

My period is due in about 3 days and I’m having on and off mild cramps, I never get these days before my period, I don’t even know my periods coming until it’s there and then it’s intense cramps. Maybe it’s just coming early and I’m overthinking it but it definitely feels different than usual!
