Asda - can't generate a voucher from my Christmas cashpot

Is or has anyone else had this problem?

I couldn’t generate one in the store as there is no signal and the Wi-Fi is crap. I had generated one before I went but not for the full amount as I was only going for a top up shop plus hoping to get a couple of presents.
