Nah. I presume that OP is only using one hand because the other is taking the photo.
A pro sandwich eater would carefully ensure stability / non-spillage by using both hands. B is definitely "save the best till last".

@senua not my hand! was on my twitter this morning! BUT i would be eating one handed, always like one hand clean incase the phone rings!

After looking at it so long, im changing my answer. Im just not going to entertain C. Im flipping it so C becomes A and my 'handle' for holding. Will eat the new C (A). Final answer.
