Mosquitoes at this time of year!

Why!! The little buggers have bitten DS and I've found 4 dead ones in the house within the last week. It's December! I don't keep the house hot either.
What the hell is going on? Any ideas as to why they're still around, and how to get rid of them? Got a plug in and have sprayed DS with jungle formula this evening just in case. Anyone else spotted any recently?

I’ve just caught a spider in the bathroom, I thought they were all asleep now!

May I borrow your spider to eat the mosquitoes Grin

We've got Mosquitos all year. We have the usual white coloured PVC door. Our house is in the sun all afternoon so the little buggers bask on the hot door. When I come in from work there's usually a few that follow me in the house, then I spend all evening swatting at them with the Tea Towel.

Ugh that's the worst! It's always DS they like to munch on as well. Feel like putting the house in a bubble

I've been bitten all over by a mosquito. The amount of blood he's had from me it's a wonder he can still fly! I keep seeing him but can't get him.

Little buggers aren't they!! Luckily the ones I've spotted are dead, going to pick up the zapper from my parents so I can murder any remaining mozzies. Just crazy that they're still alive
