Am in the process of seeking a refund for a car, and have instructed my car insurance legal team. So first I had to upload documents to the "inbetween" company, who then forwarded my documents to the Law Firm to decide the probability of success. This took weeks for them to come back. Since they have come back last week, and said yes they will take my case on, they are now saying today they await to hear from the "inbetween" company again to agree funding, after which they can then proceed with client care letter etc.
Does anyone have any experience of how long these things usually take? At my wits end here having already started the process 5 weeks ago for another delay to happen : (
