I'm in London but I've been buying from vinted sellers all over the UK and I'm having murder with Inpost. I have 4 parcels that are stuck on "arrived at sort facility, departed sort facility" over and over again, and 2 that haven't updated tracking in 2 weeks so are definitely lost.
I spoke to Inpost customer service team who could only echo the tracking and say there has been no updates, now they're saying I need to talk to vinted. I don't want a bloody refund I want my parcels. Three of them are Christmas presents.
Is anybody else having these issues? They used to be so reliable for me..
