Can a seller cancel a sale on Vinted?

Just a musing really.

I have recently become quite addicted to Vinted and have got some absolute bargains on things I’d never dream of buying myself at full price.

I was browsing just now (as you do) and came across a beautiful coat for an obscenely cheap price. Coat retails new at £185 but is currently in sales for £130 at the minute. The listing states as new without tags, worn a handful of time etc. pictures all look good. The price? £8. I’m thinking they meant to list for £80. I’ve bought it as it’s gorgeous and a bargain but I’m expecting an email any minute now to say the price was wrong. The listing was only an hour old.

Any experiences?

I imagine so - I"ve never had this happen but I've had sellers just not bother to post and then the sale was cancelled automatically.

I hope you get your coat and it's as bargainous as you hope it is!

I’ve already had two very good bargains this week! I won’t be gutted if it doesn’t materialise but it definitely seems too good to be true!

Sellers can cancel or they can just not send the item and it cancels after a few days. I must confess I’m guilty of doing that once, although I did explain to the buyer I was having difficulty getting it posted.

Quick update. The coat has been dispatched today so will see what arrives!
