Dpd valuable parcel not turned up

Anyone had a similar situation?

I'm waiting for a phone to be delivered by DPD this evening. It's 2 hours late. The tracking has stopped showing and it's just saying it's delayed but on it's way.

I'm so worried. The phone was expensive and my old phone is broken so I'm currently without a phone.

Anyone had a similar experience? Did it show up?

Well I'm still without a phone and not been refunded. I've received an email from Amazon, still maintaining that it might turn up. Even though DPD have told me that the package is lost.

I've had an email from Amazon saying "if you have not received your package or a refund by 16-12-2023 end of the day, please contact us back and we can investigate this delivery further." I'm not sure what that means. Are they going to refund me, or are they wanting to investigate first?

They should refund you, and then investigate with DPD
