NHS interview reserve list

I got an email titled I was on the reserve list for an interview however within the email they stated I was not invited for an interview. Does this mean I’ve failed the application process?

Am I guaranteed an interview? As I have reapplied for the same post in which I failed one of the assessments previously and I was told I would only need to do the assessment I failed if I applied again.
