Brushed steel cooker top ruined?

(Sorry boring topic warning)

New cleaner has used wrong product (my error) and now these grey/black smudges won’t shift. Have tried fairy liquid, baby oil, vinegar. Nothings worked… any advice pls?

You could try a steam cleaner. If they used bleach then it's ruined.

Try the barkeepers friend granules or you can get an abrasive block for brushed steel but you need to use it in the direction of the grain .
