Wondering if you were the respondent in divorce post April 2022, did you use a lawyer to respond to the notice of proceedings?

If so any guidance much appreciated

No but we didn't have to go to court. It was by no means amicable but we did manage to agree financial and childcare terms without an order which kept it out of court. I would have engaged a solicitor had we needed court orders.
