Please help me find a holiday

I'm looking for a holiday for next year. I'm stuck. Please give me your suggestions.

I'm not bothered if May/October half term or summer holidays.

We have two ND dc with different needs/interests etc.

Requirements:
No long flights.
Self catering but plenty of good options nearby so I don't need to cook.
Two rooms.
Close to pool/beach/water park for one dc.
Close to historical sites and interesting places to visit for other dc.

Any ideas please?

We stayed at Coral Los Alisos in Tenerife last year.. self catering and hundreds of restaurants and shops near by.
10 min walk to the beach and 5 min bus to Siam Water Park and for your other daughter there is boat trips to see dolphins a near by monkey zoo and lots of mountain/volcano activities being advertised.
We went in May half term and the weather was great.

Eden apartments Puerto Rico...gran caneria.

You can go all inclusive/ self catering.

They do nice two bed apartments.

The only issue is the area is super hilly!
