Hi I ordered an air up bottle on the pictured website and paid through Apple Pay or similar. I haven’t had email confirmation so can’t seen to be able to track order. They can’t find order through my email either. Should I cancel the payment?? Panicking! How would I check…

Looks like the right address

The website looks secure but there have been a few poor customer reviews lately about customer service and their deliveries.

I would contact them and try to cancel the order as you can’t get your bank to investigate unless you have attempted it yourself.

I’ve contacted them- they were unable to find the order but all resolved now as it had been sent to an outdated email address for some reason!
