I'm not sure if she's caught her Christmas jumper on something, or I've managed to catch on something at work today & pull a hole in it but she's pretty certain it wasn't there when I put it on this morning!

I don't think I have any yarn quite right to fix it but may have some cotton embroidery thread - how do I repair the hole as invisibly as possible 🙈

I’ve found this which lists a few different ways. There is a crochet option which seems easy enough.

As it’s a Christmas jumper you can look at intentional mending though, so you make the fix into a feature. This would help with not having the exact yarn.

@CremeBrunette thank you - I'll root out some cotton when I get home & try the method of catching the loops in there.
