What can I do with an old memory foam mattress topper?

I have a king size memory foam mattress topper that's been used for about a year but hasn't suited us as it keeps wrinkling and causing lumps. I can wash the cover but I don't think it's something someone would want second-hand?

What can I do with it? Would an animal rescue centre be interested to use for animal beds?

I'm sure someone would use it. I have seen them on Freecycle.

I gave one away on Freecycle. I suggested it could be cut up for pet bedding, but someone asked for it to be used on their bed. As with yours, the cover zipped off to wash.

Ah cool - I wonder if British heart foundation might take it then - it's got its fire safety label still on it.

I've given one away on Olio before.

Animal charity would be my back-up
