Im new here so sorry for the long post.
Im having some issues with my LO. Hes 15 weeks today and is having feeding issues. Along with that hes been crying inconsolably every evening.
This started from him being 3 weeks old till date. Every time i feed him he refuses the bottle. He cries, arches his back, goes red and screams the whole place down. Basically does not want to feed. For a while (at 7 weeks old) i used to have to dream feed which was fine and worked but now because hes older and is awake during the day dream feeding doesnt work. Doctors have put him on omeprazole and hes been on this for 6/7 weeks now. Ive changed his formula as per the HV advice and tried everything but no formula seems to make his symptoms better. Doctor suggested he could have cmpa so gave me nutramigen, LO did not take that. Tried neocate - again he refused every single bottle.
I dont know what to do anymore. His feeding is becoming so poor. Will only feed when distracted by nursery rhymes but only 2 oz. After burping he will not take the rest. His sleeping at night has become a nightmare. He used to sleep through the night but past 2 weeks he wakes every 1-2 hours.
ANY advice would be appreciated. Im at the point where i wanna pull out my hair. I just dont know how to help my poor baby and i feel like he thinks im torturing him every time i feed him his milk.
