How do I get into my new lockbox

We bought a lockbox urgently as my toddler can climb everything and open everything. I need it for my medication which I need to have easily accessible to me but not toddler.

It has arrived locked however with no code to open it. Sounds like manual is inside when I shake it.

It's a brand called Hewie and cost £40. Have they just wasted my time and money or can I get in?

It's my fils funeral this week so don't have time to return it either. What a stupid waste of time and money.

Can you email the company and ask them?

If its not the obvious then you will have to go through each combination. It is tedious but not too long for three numbers. You get into a rythym. ( yes ive had to a couple of times)
