How to know if a child tooth is a baby or adult tooth

My 9 yr old has a wobbly tooth. However I’m a little concerned it might be one of his adult teeth and not a baby tooth. I can’t quite remember which he has lost and which he hasn’t. Is there a way to tell if a child’s tooth is baby or adult?

Which tooth is it? Adult teeth tend to be larger and can be more yellow than white baby teeth

I’m guessing it will be a baby molar. Compare it to your own molar and it will be much smaller, although it will look big in your child’s mouth.

It’s like 3rd from the front at the bottom . Think it’s the canine

Orthodontist here
Quite normal for lower baby tooth canines to be loose in a 9 year old.
