I am
Self employed and dropping lots of balls
If I was employed I would prob go to the doctor and take a couple of weeks off sick
I am so tired and feel
Like I have so much on
But I can't do this

It’s tough being self employed because no work means no pay.
Can you financially afford to take some time off?
Timescales wise can you afford to take some time off?
Without knowing what you do (and you don’t have to disclose that) would your clientele understand that you might need some time out.

If you have a family can you outsource some stuff, cleaning, laundry etc.

I always find it’s good to break things down into lists and chunks, plus I think this time of year is always mad.

Is there someone in rl that you can offload to? The most important thing is your wellbeing!
