Help me stop procrastinating and send this email

I've been putting off sending a (non-work related) email for days because I'm afraid the answer won't be what I want. It's life admin related and a negative answer won't be a total disaster but will be massively inconvenient. But there is a deadline, so not sending it at all will automatically lead to the negative outcome.

It's pretty much written and sitting in my Drafts folder.

Don't let me leave here without sending it, Mumsnetters!

just send it and get it done! :) then have a glass of champers or a G & T to celebrate getting it done whatever the outcome.

Or promise yourself a small gift as a thank you for sending it. Then order it once you've done it.

What's the worst that can happen? The same as not sending it apparently, so give yourself a chance and send it.

Open it and send it.

Then it is done.

Stop procrastinating and send the email.

I do think that just doing it in haste (providing it wasn’t written in haste!) is the way forward with these things
and a treat for when you’ve done it!

Put your favourite song on and send the email before it’s finished.
You’ll feel better knowing you have sent it and then can get on with the rest of your day.

And... sent! (Or at least scheduled to send at 8am tomorrow...)

Thanks all! No G&T for me just yet as have to bring the kids to a Christmassy event that I'd really rather not bother with, but there just might be some mulled wine there.
