In mine was:

6 year old
2 year old
2 premier league football cards
Stuffed koala
A copy of Roald Dahls marvellous joke book
An empty bottle of Prime

Just DH, our two DS’are grown up now, but when DS2 was little he got in our bed during the middle of the night, every night without fail. It does get easier OP.

7 year old DD, a million soft toys (see previous re DD) and the Terry Pratchet book I'm re-reading for the thousandth time

DH. He then got up to make a cup of tea and was replaced by three cats.

Me,two pillows and a quilt.

Just me - it's my lie in day so DH was up already. Your bed sounds cosy though OP!

Me, DH and one of the cats who was ‘grooming’ my hair and eyebrows (hence why I woke).

My DH, baby, toddler, 3 books (one was helpfully open over my face… this might have been what woke me up), a toy cow, a Santa hat, and a bemused dog.

Just me, a kindle, a remote control & a hot water bottle.

DP went to work at 5.30 and I never heard him go.

Sleeping 4yo dd and some crumbs of cracker she ate in bed in the middle of the night

Also I love hearing about the older kids hoping into bed for a cuddle. I hope mine still come through for lazy Sunday morning hugs when they are big.

In my bed there was just dh.

I didn’t sleep in my bed last night though. Dh had been for his work Christmas party and I can never sleep when he is drunkenly snoring and stinking of booze next to me so I slept in my 9 year old DD’s bed with her last night (she has a double so plenty of space). She’s a much more considerate sleeping companion!

So I woke up next to my lovely dd and her favourite dog teddy.

Me, DH, the dog and a sock the dog had brought in either her.

A gently snoring DH (stinking of beer 😷) and the cat, poking me in the face as aforementioned DH had neglected to get up and serve breakfast at an acceptable time.

Also my kindle, DH's headphones and probably at least 3 socks.

A child, the dog, two teddies, many cushions.

My almost two year old shouting in my ear. My DH crammed into the furthest corner. My pregnancy pillow. And baby jumping on my bladder.

Me, black short v neck t-shirt, a scarf and a hot water albeit cold water bottle!!

A bath towel, a five year old and a Jack Russell.

Me, DH, DD2(3yo), my ‘big fuckoff cushion’ as DH refers to my pregnancy pillow, a selection of DD’s dummies and several toy cars. A standard morning. Plus unborn DS kicking me from the inside.

DD1(9yo) often climbs in too but she was at a sleepover last night.

Attached to the dog bodies. But they aren’t allowed on the bed so just shove their faces as far onto it as possible without lifting their paws off the floor 😂😂
